America should be concerned to have a healthy society not the sick one that the medical industry preys on daily. All CITIZENS should have the opportunity for good affordable Hearth care. Most uninsured Americans are working but still can't afford Insurance. No one wants to give free health care to the world but we are paying to give it to Iraqis but denying it to our own citizens. American deserve good affordable health care. We work hard and see our taxes spent for political folly. We need to hold the bums accountable and make them spend our taxes on us and not send trillions of dollars to other countries to make Tyrants into instant billionaires.

America cannot even implement a free health system for it's own people, so how on Earth could it offer the same thing to any other Country??

No, nothing is ever free. You are asking, should American taxpayers pay for health care for the entire world? No, it would simply to too expensive.Even if they took every dollar an American made it would still not be enough to pay for the world's health care.

Well, It would not be possible for the United States to have heath care for the entire poor population on the earth.
But we as good Samaritans can volunteer our services to those in need wherever they may be, and donate and help out.

Who would pay for this "free" health system? The American tax payers? I don't think so!
As it is, we donate BILLIONS of dollars in medical aid all over the world. When is enough, enough?
