i sure as hell dont, although if i get a zumo (fruit juice thing) then i probably do!!

yes, I nearly always have my 5 a day
so far today I've had 2 oranges, portion of mushrooms, portion of courgettes and tomatoes
later I'll have fresh curly kale and carrots

Yes. That's probably why I'm a little bit overweight!
LOL, I eat at the very least 5 fruits and vegetatbles a day..without question. It's the other stuff that goes with it....the total caloric consumption that is making me a little overweight.
When I go on the Atkins I lose weight like crazy but it's not healthy.

I try to do the right thing, however the food groups as told to me by "kids in the know" are as follows
dairy - mcdonald's thickshake
fruit - "I'm not sick - why do I have to?"
meat - all ok as long as actual body parts and animal names are never mentioned
vegetables - "If Biafra/ Somalia are short, they can have all we've got"
Oil - well something from Iraq, no translation to butter/margarine
Cereal - the more refined, the better

The worry of it all really makes me think it's not worth the effort!

Yes and no. I don't eat any vegetables but peas, carrots and corn. I'm not a fruit freak either. I do drink V8 and V8 fruit drinks. I also take a pill a day that replaces (so they say) veggies. I also take multi vitamins, vit D, vit C, Green Tea pills. I'm a bad, bad, girl!!!!

Almost never. Even including the veggies on sandwiches, pizza toppings, etc., I'm lucky if I have three whole servings a day. I try to make up for it with vitamins, plenty of water, and regular snacking on seaweed.

only on the days when theres a farmers market in town...lol we live on fruits and then forget about them for the rest of the week. really should be getting more though.

Yeah i live to achieve this, Live life and enjoy what you can as years ago we never died from not getting 5 a day .Same as years ago no one died from cholesterol etc.

Hardly ever. I try and make up for it by taking a One a Day Multi-vitamin though...
