What is the biological reason for men being attracted to petitie women?

Small girls are more likely to produce small offspring, is that not generally correct?

But with women, they want a large male partner as they are able to theoretically protect and provide for them better.

If a petite girls are producing sons that are generally going to be smaller, is this not contradicting what makes a good genetic partner?

Statistically smaller girls breed much more & younger. The same goes for large men.

If we take things back to the biological function of successful reproduction, early man would compete with other men to mate with nubile girls first, so that their genetic line was assured. Those instincts are still very much alive and normal in todays men. All this rubbish about knocking men for being attracted to younger women is silly. Of COURSE men are going to be attracted to mate with women of child-bearing age. Our society and it's practices go against nature. I think in the eyes of many men, petite = young (even if they're not)= fertile=attractive. Why should men be made to feel guilty for what is normal ??

You have your information WAY off. Petite does not produce petite.

There are these things in Biology called: "genes" and it is the reason why a woman can be 4'11" and can produce a daughter who grows to be 6' or a son who grows to be 6'4".

It is also the reason why 2 parents can both have dark hair and produce a child with flaming red hair. You may not see the evidence of these genes when two people come together but if you were to trace each parent's lineage, you would find tall relatives or flaming haired relatives.

People aren't like those Russian dolls where if you look inside one you will find another smaller one.

Where did you get your statistics? They are incorrect as well.

The fact that small girls produce small offspring is not necessarily true. I have 2 daughters. My older one is 14 and she's already 5'6" and 100 lbs. Very thin girl. (I'm only 5'2" and 115 lbs.). My younger one will probably be about my size when she's fully mature. My ex husband is only 5'10" and 180 lbs. So, genetics does play a role in the size of children, but it may come from another relative other than the parents.

No, we aren't only attracted to blondes. Maybe we are very attracted to them,but not exclusively. Most Indian men I know prefer dark hair,dark eyes,and light skin, a trend that is more common among middle eastern women than white. I personally do like natural blonde haired women, simply because they look exotic, mysterious and beautiful to me. But I also love brunette,red haired, brown haired women, along with Middle eastern, Indian girls. I also have a huge thing for dusky, voluptuous Indian girls, and of course sexy latinas. I guess East Asian and Blacks are the only two races I'm not at all attracted to.

Probably it triggers a protection instinct in men to protect smaller companions and make themselves feel bigger or more important but not always. Everyone has a different instinct on what they prefer in a partner. Small women do not always breed small male offspring...it's more to do with the male gene.

I am petite and I do not attract that many men in comparrison to my larger female counterparts.Apparantly my backside ain't big enough.As for statistics........!!!

If we're playing Sociology games, consider that a petite woman can make an average-sized man feel big--more able to protect and provide for her than he might feel with a woman nearer his own size.

I think the reason they go for the petite women is that it allows for certain sexual positions to be tried that would not be possible with a BBW.

You're a nut. :) Most guys do not prefer "petite" women. Slender, maybe, but even then I know many men who enjoy a larger woman. Good luck though finding your true (and short!) love.
