Do you truly mean different cultures or are you beating around the proverbial bush and asking if different races should marry? I'm inclined to believe it's the later rather than the former because I don't think that you would waste two points asking if it's ok for an Irishman to marry a Swede. Yes, it's fine for people of different races, ethnicity's, cultures and religions to marry. Their children won't grow up with the same ignorance that many children in one race households absorb because they have one parent there to dispel the ignorant ramblings of both sides. In bi-cultural households parents usually go out of their way to educate their children about both sides of their family heritage which makes them more educated about the history of their ancestors than most single race children whose parents assume that they will magically absorb the traditions from watching them which is usually not true. The only problems with it that I can see are the reactions of the ignorant who don't want to see two people of different hues together even if they're good for and to each other.

Reguardless of race, color or creed. They should be of the same faith. They must be of the same Beliefs. As this can cause problems later In the marriage.Color Isn't an Issue. Pastors Randy & Roberta Morrison. They are both from different bachgrounds & cultures. But because they have the same faith, they have a great marriage.

Hello,
So long as they are reasonably well educated in knowledge of each others cultures and are flexible enough to adapt back and forth when necessary.
Cheers,

No! and should not be.
it still better to marry the same people than to have other nationality as your partner.
weve had some marriages that works well in a ratio of 15,000 to one but females tries to go against that facts by reasons of financial gains. and what about governing them?
it would be like herding mixed animals.
look at the PHILIPPINES as example!

I never cease to be amazed. I thought in this "enlightened" day and age, with the information available to us and you, that such questions were long past. It seems not. Yes, by all means otherwise there would be no diversification. There would be no variety. There would be continual ignorance of the unknown, which leads to fear.

Of course. I have a Nigerian aunt who is married to an Irish-British white guy and that is okay with me. I also date interracially too.

It's good for the genetic diversity, less chances of cancer and such things you can catch as there will be more of a wider selection of antibodies and things.
But you have to not let traditions and important heritage to die out in mixed raced children. you run the risk of never being part of either society, where culture is an important factor in family and social situations.

if they respect each other's cultures and want a genuine sharing, then yes.
or, if one partner truly wants out of her/his culture and into their spouses, I guess that'd be okay, too.
