I have a mobile and get 400 minutes free a month after 6 on week days and weekends and 200 texts free. Now ive run out of all my free texts. How do I buy credit for my phone?

You need to contact Customer Service and buy a "Bolt On". Bolt Ons work out a lot cheaper than if you pay for individual SMSs. You should get about 100 SMSs for £5.

PS - As it's obvious that others haven't read your question correctly as it is clear enough that you have a "CONTRACT" with free off-peak minutes and free SMSs, I'd recommend that you "ignore" their advice of carrying on sending texts. Every SMS that you send over your free limit will cost around 15p per text. Buy a bolt on and you can send SMS at only 5p per text, that's 1/3 of the cost that others are telling you to pay. For those that cannot read English, 1/3 is called one third and it means that Jane will be able to send 3 text messages for the same price as one of yours.

If it's pay as you go you need to buy credits for your network or if it's on a contract you just keep using it and the bill will be sent at the end of the month

Buy top up if you are on pay as you go, if not you should be able to just carry on anyway.
