im not 100% sure why but it could be the bios setting... so when ur comp starts up press f2 or del (varies on comps) use the up and down arrows and enter on the restore to default settings and save it... hopefully it should fix it,

When I first start my computer it starts to boot up, when windows 10 starts up it goes a couple sec then stop's booting, I soft boot it up and it works ok.

This is a peculiarity of the P965 and P-35 chipsets on early BIOS versions. Newer BIOS versions usually provide the fix.

I would either update the bios or reformat... The thing is that you haven't said if its before the post or after. If it beeps then reboots then its the bios but if it reboots just before seeing the windows start up logo then reformat... you should always hear the post beep (one beep means its good)

Are you watching your computer when it does this?? Does anything pop up before it restarts. It could be a bad PS.

might because of low net or power fluctuation.show it to hardware specialist.
