Because both my hands fell asleep while I was asleep! They were numb and tingly when I heard the alarm this morning! I struggled to find the snooze button.....

No, I always wake up to those damn leg cramps! There's nothing worse than having to boot kick the cat off your bed just so you can get up and hop around like an idiot.

Yes. you probably cut off the blood flow to your hands in the middle of the night. i wouldn't worry too much but if it happens every night you might want to see a doctor. Once in a while isn't a problem though.

I did that once and I had my arms like up over my head ... Yeah I woke up went to move them and my hands came down and I hit myself right in the face .. I looked like someone beat me up from the bruises .... I felt like an *** going to work at a domestic abuse shelter looking like I got beat up and trying to explain THAT ....

Yes, lots of times my arm and hand is sleeping well. Usually it is only on the side I am lying on when I wake up.

Yeah, typically it's my brain. But your limbs might go numb if you lay on them and cut off blood flow.

yes! i hate it so much. i feel like i am paralyzed or something. once i was half awake and half asleep and having a dream about drowning, and i couldnt move to wake myself up. freaky poop i tell yah!
