Liberals get all bent out of shape when these 'socialist' paradises critisize us. Saddam is dead! Deal with it already!
One of my white wine swilling liberal professors opined "France doesn't invade other countries".
Another said "Canada has FREE healthcare, FREE this, FREE that."
Are Conservatives the only ones left who think the USA is the best country on God's Green Earth?
No offense to Europe or Canada, but you can have your systems of ultra high taxes, gutted military's and Giant Nanny States that wake you up and tuck you into bed at night!

No, we want America to become BETTER than Canada or France. We want an America that is FOR the people, ALL the people, not just a chosen group. We want an America that meets the vision of our forefathers and mothers, one that reflects those who risked their lives to come on the Mayflower and the many boats that followed. We want an America that when it says "Give us your poor", we really MEAN it. We want an America where each individual has an EQUAL opportunity to succeed.
That's all.

"Saddam is dead! Deal with it already!"
The ends justify the means, is that it?
Perhaps we should abandon the first amendment, that way there would be no more "disloyal" things written. Then you could crow "We got rid of dissent. Deal with it!"
Or the fourth and fifth, then you could say "No more criminals are going free on technicalities. Deal with it!"
"Are Conservatives the only ones left who think the USA is the best country on God's Green Earth?"
No, they're the ones who have drank enough Kool-Aid to assert that no matter the circumstance. Is America a great country? Yes. The best? Maybe. Could it use some improvement? Absolutely. Do you think Michael Jordan ever thought "Gee, I'm the best, so I have nothing to improve"? I prefer to look at the country as it is (that is, with much potential but still with flaws) than repeat "America is great" like some mantra of patriotism and ignore our problems--not least of which seems to be starting wars we have no business starting.

It's already a nightmare here. There is no more American dream. No sense leaving the country. Stand your ground & fight the system that put us in this mess. Canada is a beautiful country to visit. I've been there several times and loved it. As for me, I'm a proud American and I'll have another Tea Party if necessary.

Interestingly, the Canadian dollar is now worth more than the American dollar, and the Euro is constantly rising against our beleaguered currency as well.
Basically, Bush and his PNAC brethren have dumped our nation into massive debt to support our socialist interventionist foreign policy, while building up our socialist paradise here at home. In fact, George Bush has built the socialist paradise mentality here more than any other president since the last big fake conservative, Richard Nixon.
So, this REAL CONSERVATIVE is now envious of conservatives in France and Canada, who are, at least, moving in the right direction, while we're plunging our nation into socialism fast.

Their goal is to turn the United States into a country with high taxes, no borders, legalized drugs, partial birth abortion, & where there aren't any standards in society. That's only the far-left tough, people like George Soros.

Have you even paid attention to what your conservative party (beginning with Newt Gingrich and the "Contract with America" in 1994) has done for this country?? Divided it in half....between the "have" and the "have not" and that is what their idea of 'paradise' is......to have all of the money and to enslave the rest of the population into service to them. We are no longer the industrial nation we used to be because big 'business' has taken the jobs to foreign lands for cheap labor so that they can line their pockets with the profit...and our nation has become service-oriented with most new jobs created along those line of "serving" the needs of the rich and powerful.

So you prefer a blotted military and people being bankrupt by the cost of heath care (and a health care system that ranks poorly in comparison to other industrial counties). Wanting to better America does not equate with hating America even though that is how you Cons spin it.

I don’t know if American liberals are the right words. I would say world Leftist is more correct.
And considering all available evidence (answers here at YA, "progressive" blogs & news sites, their talking mouths on TV, you are correct when you ask: 'Are Conservatives the only ones left who think the USA is the best country on God's Green Earth?'

Read a book called Deer Hunting With Jesus for some perspective on taxation and social services.
(I really hope you're trolling. Otherwise, you're a walking caricature of the conservative stereotype among uneducated liberals.)
