I was feeling quite smug a few weeks ago, because thanks to my new job, I was able to stop my chocolate-bar-at-10 a.m. habit. Didn't miss it! Was too busy! Probably lose tons of weight!

)-: Then I started getting a little dizzy just before the lunch bell. And when I got off work, I'd go to the store and splurge on two or three snacks, and eat them on the way home. This simply has got to stop . . . .

Maybe have a little snack at the 10:30 recess, and try and have something healthy in the car for the way home, like an apple or mikan.

My 4 month old is kind of doing an identical ingredient. He use to doze off for the nighttime at around 8pm, now it is not till 11pm!, then he is going and wakes up at 7am particularly of what was 8am. Plus to make it worse he use to have 2 2hour naps, a million interior the morning a million interior the afternoon. i'm going to be darned if i will get him to have greater effective than 3 20 minute naps. i'm hoping that is a few thing like improve spurt of tooth, as a results of fact he's one cranky boy! I prefer you the terrific of success in determining what that's.

Yes, I bought a new vehicle and quit smoking while on the road. It has been only a couple of weeks now, but honestly, it hasn't bothered me a bit. Just so you know, I would never leave my driveway without lighting up, now I don't even think about it. I feel healthier already!
