I'm not an Oregon fan. But it seems unfair that they dropped 3 spots after losing to the #6 (now #3) team, and other one loss teams ahead of them lost to teams that weren't ranked in the Top 25.

No, it's not unfair. They fell 3 spots after losing at home to Cal. What's unfair is West Virginia falling 8 after losing on the road to South Florida while Oklahoma loses to a bad Colorado team and only drops 7, while Florida only drops 4 or 6 (depending on the poll) after losing at home to a bad Auburn team.

No. I never understood how Oregon was ranked that high to begin with and I am wondering if CAL deserves such a high ranking. I mean who have they played.

they deserve to drop because they lost to a good team and they fumbled on the 1 yard line of California

Well...according to Kirk Herbstreit, they should be ranked #5. How he came to that conclusion, I will never know. But they probably did fall a bit further than they should have.
