but then so why does god not accept gays or lesbians??

because our role in life is to pro create??? but this may not stop me from doing so.....

I was bought up in a Christian home. My church youth group was fast to disclose that god made 'Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve'.
However, i believe that God, like you said, loves everybody. I dont think God is against you AS A PERSON. It's just another thing on the list of sins. We all sin. But thats why we were saved. Personally i believe that we are all allowed to be happy, and if being with another man is your ticket to happiness, then go get him kid.
Is God, not a God of Joy and hope ?
Then surely we should act in that image. Which you are doing. No matter what the action.

Hi....
God and Religion was made by man, it is MYTH!
Homosexuality is completely natural and is REALITY!!
It could be, that homosexuality, is here, NOT to procreate, for a reason!
Think about this:
Average homosexual ratio .... 1 in 10 of World population.
World population .... 6.5 BILLION.
Homosexual World population ...... 600 MILLION.
If every homosexual, from the past, was not gay and was heterosexual, all making babies?
What do you think the World population would be today?
If only the 600 Million homosexuals today in the World, were not gay and all had only 'one' child each, that would 'double' to 12 Million!!
Then they might not have only one child, they might have a few!
Then those children grow up, none grow up gay, most have children too!!
So just think if homosexuality, had 'never' existed, the whole of humanity making babies, generation after generation!!!
So, it seems there is a 10% genetically different set of human beings, in 'every' generation, designed NOT to breed!!
Why else would nature design genetically, 10% of a species, to NOT find the opposite sex attractive?
Programmed NOT to find the opposite sex likable, would usually end up with one thing, a child NOT being made!!
Have you seen how in places like China, couples are not allowed to have more than 'one' child, because of overpopulation?
It seems that homosexuality IS here for a reason, it 'is' a natural population dampener, without which our World would be 'heavily' more overpopulated!!

I dont get this either, I am not a religious person, I went to church when I was a child, but like you I was taught to believe we are all Gods children and God created all man, so therefore he would have created the gene that made people homosexual, so yes why is it a sin to be homosexual!!
Yes I know I havent really answered your question but I wanted to show you you are not the only person who doesnt understand this!!

Right so God created everything and all of us. He gave us rules to live by. He loves everyone as all Christians are taught to do they just don't always do what they are taught. A true Christian hates the sin but always as God teaches us loves the sinner. To love the sinner means to let them know what you think but also to let them decide what it means to them just as God does. He gave us all free will to make our own choices. I have gay friends that know how i feel about it but i keep them friends by not pushing my views on them. It is their decision not mine.

some people (current and in ancient times) try to pass of their bigotries as that of their god. simpler as that.
if a sinlge god existed who was in fact responsible for creating the universe, and was even remotely just and loving, he/she/it would not be a stickler for such irrelevancies.
