Ear plugs, breathrights...what else? A pillow? No, that might suffocate him...hmmmm. Actually, I really don't plan on sticking things up his nose...I'm just tired.

yes it would be wrong, My husband is also a snored. first of all. write down everything that happens the night before he snores, for instance, did he drink beer, as apposed to hard liquor, My husband snores worse when he's had a beer or ten. but he snores less when he drinks other things and leaves the beer alone. see if there is any correlation between what he's eating or drinking and snoring. Other than also wearing ear plugs, ( which I do ) YOU can only get relief by sleeping in another room. I struggle every night due to his snoring, and he feels bad, BUT, won't go to a doctor to see if he can get it fixed...

if snoring is that bad he may have sleep apnea. My stepson had it and after having his enlarged tonsils removed he stopped most of the snoring. Sometimes his oxygen level is low and he has to sleep with a mask but other than that he is doing great now. May want to get it checked especially if he takes spells where he stops breathing while he is sleeping.

I wear earplugs to bed, and they really do help block out the noise. He also might try the tiny things (can't think of the name) that he would wear on his nose that supposedly help keep his airway open and alleviate the snoring. Good luck - my hubby is a snorer and a tooth-grinder, so I know what you're going through!

My wife and I had the same problem with each other, we both snored and kept each other awake. We wound up having separate bedrooms and works out fine.

just sleep in the other room...would you like if he plug up your nose so he can get some sleep? heck no! you think he is trying to kill you in your sleep. he will wake up swing and you will be tick off at him for striking you. then you want to blame him for hitting you, which is a lie. just go and sleep in the other room.

The breath right strips work but they are bothersome. Do something though, you need your sleep.
