Last Saturday. It was a weekend from he!!. Things went wrong and I was emotional and then fought with my babe and had an embarrassing moment. No, I am not telling you it either, lol.

Yesterday while at the nursing home visiting my father. I fed him his super and after I had to step out and gain control. Nothing like seeing the strongest man in your life for years be completely dependent on others.
