Go to the Bonham on a Wednesday night. That's straight night and everyone is pretty flirty. Also, you might want to think about Sherlock's if you are in the Jack's and Hooligans area. It's closer and is more of a pick up attitude.
There's also an area in the heights that's kind of new, but they are not so "flirtsy" as you call them. I think you are really looking for "hard up" women.
I would say Reebars or one of the other clubs in that area off of Broadway and near Greenbriar is for meeting "fun" people.

Everyone has given you some very good and sound advice. It has been my experience that I have met more ladies that were fun to be with, and that I ended up having long term relationships with by accident than on purpose. I will add to that most of the time The ladies that I remember the most I did not meet in a bar, but I met at someone's house of a deptment store and a lot were in church. Best advise is to forget about looking so hard and just be your self you will be amazed how fast a nice young woman will find you.

Lalana has,as usual, given some very good selections, but I'm concerned that the issue may be more related to your expectations and the way you approach the ladies at the clubs rather than their desire to flirt. Women are very perceptive on the whole, and whether they are "flirty" or not, they don't want someone coming on too strong. Consider this when you start looking in new clubs.
