What do you do when someone you work with at the office sabotages everything you do?

What you do, when you do it.

Also, as the other user said, misinformation could be fun too.

But, if you keep track of what you did, where, and how much/how long then you can show your boss what you did.

Since you give no details as to how the sabotage is done - i cannot be more specific.

You may want to consider contacting your manager, or HR abou this.
