I'd freak people out by remembering the details of the only ever conversation I had with them (a brief aquaintance) years ago. Here's me thinking I'm friendly while they are disturbed by my feat.
I once told a woman that I knew who her husband was because I remembered seeing a photograph of her on his desk when I worked with him briefly 4 years previously.

It's called hypernesia, the downside is you spend so much time remembering things you don't have time to think about other things, you might find it helpful to simply write things down.
