I heard Prenatal VItamins make your hair and nails grow, Im thinking of drinking them, though im not pregnat. Is it a bad idea??

No, actually it's a very good thing even for non-pregnant women to take. I have been taking them for 7 years to help with hair and find out that it also helped my skin and nails. I would recommend though checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.

I checked with mine and she said it was ok. I also learned from a pharmacist once at my local Wal-Mart that the prenatal vitamin is the best vitamin for a woman to take.

I buy my prenatal vitamins at my local Wal-Mart.

mst of the pregnant women are adviced to take iron,bcz iron deficiency anaemia may occur in pregnancy.
hair loss occurs in pregnancy and hair become brittle during pregnancy if theres deficiency of iron in body.
so if you are anaemic then it will help, if not then it wont
