Generally phones that have even slight water damage are beyond repair. Manufacturers knew this years ago and began installing a white paper moisture detector (turns red or pink) under the battery compartment to point out any water exposure. Since you have the phone in pieces try using a clean toothbrush with Isopropyl alcohol and scrub any solder surfaces until they're shining, it might come back.

I'm sorry to say this, but I think your phone is dead(not to be harsh). My old one fell into a lake when our boat sunk on our vacation trip along with my charger, and I left it under the sun for weeks and still it doesn't work. The sun can only partially help because there's still some moisture inside. I went to the cell phone center and they said there's nothing they could do. The moisture inside the phone must have destroyed it. You should go to repair centers on your place and maybe they have a solution to fix your phone. If they also don't have a solution, don't lose hope, but if there's really nothing to do, maybe you should get another phone. Very sorry.

The sun did not hurt your cell. That is how i saved several wet phones. But some get too wet initially and cant be saved. I would say your phone is toast. Sometims it works sometimes it doesnt.

you shouldnt of left it in the sun, that only causes more damage. id say your phone is gone. next time, it has to dry out somewhere dry, not sunny.
