are there any intel 775 sock 1333 fsb Boards under 100 bucks ?

building a pc but im on a budget

so an c2d e6850 will run at normal speed on a 1066 fsb MB but no overclocking abilities ?

Boards based on the P35 and G33 chipsets that provide native 1333mhz fsb are still priced at $125 or higher. Other chipsets that support 1066mhz fsb just provide overclocking support at 1333mhz fsb.
