By the way, Mister 2-15-2, SOME of us can "review more information than many 18th century people reviewed in their lifetimes" - provided we have access to a computer and the Internet. But what do they do with it?

On the other hand, I have seen many 18th century people make far more lengthy and literate contributions than us with all of our access to information. For example, see Edward Gibbon's 'History of the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire.' Let me know when you see someone who has reviewed more than Edward Gibbon in his lifetime, and what his or her publications are.

WAR!!! also technology is another major thing and most recently I think global warming is starting to change the planet and the way we live these days
