No. Murder is in their blood, and religion. Not from their government. The Quran, and those who preach the Muslim religion are the ones who tell Arab Muslims to kill the infidels, not their government leaders.

How come your purposefully mispell Arab..... anyways no. Peace loving doesnt come out of living in a democracy or any type of government. If one cares to look at the chart of the Richest nations usually the richest countries per capita are the most peaceful ones. Especially in Europe. Why? Because their neighbours are they largest trading partners.

If you increase the economic strength of middle eastern nations I think their people will become more greedy and selfish as Westerners and disregard War as a thing of the past like the Europeans

Manyy Arabs have historically lived under types of colonial rule, eg as distant provinces of the Ottoman court, later Britain and France. Others were historicaly nomads with tribal chiefs. A few were settled traders in City states.
They have a culture of 'shame' and 'honour' that leads the (male) heads of families to compete for rank, promote their relatives, engage in blood fueds and retaliation.
War with other countries raises each rulers prestige.
The belief that individualism and luxury is decadent is another factor.
All this works against peaceloving or democracy, but need not make it impossible

The Arabs live under dictatorships because the people in these countries choose to live under them. They seem to like living under thugs.

It might help. You have to look at what kind of government they elect though too. I think as long as the Imams hold as much influence as they do they will be violent.
