You all know where I stand on the matter (I truely believe it was the parents), Im just throwing out other possibilities for you........
Have you ever thought that Maddie could have woken up in a daze and LEFT the room to look for her parents (the door was unlocked after all)
She could have wondered into a road, got hit by a car and her body disposed of by the frightened driver?

They seem to just believe Team McCanns version that she was abducted. I don't know why they believe them so easily?

My first thought when hearing this story was that the poor girl woke up scared after a bad dream and went to look for her parents. It is more feasible than thinking of a bogey man hiding in the room and snatching her when no one was looking.

Hi it seems now that the police are convinced she was sedated and then she fell down the flight of marble steps up the flat and was killed. Did she fall or was she pushed ?? The police just need to find out what happened to the body.
Maddy's grannie says that if it is proven that Maddy as sedated then it was the abducter who did it. Priceless garbage.
Shambo just posted a question about this and the Yahoo police removed it !

I don't think nobody can be certain of their innocence regarding harming their child. I have a gut feeling that she was not harmed by them, but abducted by a stranger.
I agree it was neglectful to leave the children alone that night and for how ever many other nights they were left, but that does not mean they have murdered and disposed of her body, yet you accused people the other day of condoning child neglect if they believed in innocent until proven guilty.
You have thrown in a sensible theory I guess, now if you believe that is a possibility then you are not 100% certain that they have harmed their daughter, and you are questioning possibilities. . The possibilities are endless but none of us have got a clue what happened to the poor little girl.

whats wrong with believing in innocent until proven guilty? the police have no evidence to charge them most of the people who believe they did it have a gut feeling (LOL) that's not evidence against them. yes there are things about the case which are unusual but i wasn't aware there was a step by step guide to child abduction which they all follow.

Well it so far it seems it's everyone but her parents. I just wish they would tell what they really know happened on the night. Not half a dozen different versions but the one and only, the truth.

She could have been abducted by aliens - have you ever thought of that?
How desperate are people to keep making up this type of stuff? I am afraid Madeleine has been dead from day one, but I pray they find out the truth soon, if only to put a stop to this mindless, self-serving speculation ("You all know where I stand on the matter" - who are you anyway?)

She woke up and went for her normal late walk (every night alone, so made her own agenda) meanwhile there was a bad bad guy who took her but they were so quick to call the police (not) that he got reed of her near the cliffs but to be sure he added a spare tyre so she could go down the sea. But the McCanns recovered the body some days after and put the body on the boot with another spare tyre (2 covering the body together with dirty nappies) and went bury her in Spain.
How about that for the McCanns? Like that they're not guilty just hidden the body...

As for Madeleine.That sounds more logical than the McCanns hiding the poor girl in a fridge for 30 days without anyone seeing,then while the media followed their every move,they manage to move the body into the car,drive to Spain and bury her.Sounds like a Stephen King novel.

Yes I am a parent.A good one too.I let my children know whats right and wrong.They know child neglect is wrong.I've also taught them to be open minded and always believe in innocent until proven guilty.Thats a golden rule in my land.Yep,I think I've done a great old job...Dont you?

There is only one reason why the McCanns could truly believe that Madeleine was abducted and that is because they had sedated her and therefore couldn't have wandered off!!
