if this wasnt a celebrity couple the children would have been removed from britney's care along time ago, and if by any chance they were 2 remain in her care they would have social work involvement assessing her ability to care for the children.
i think that k-fed should get custody of the children

Well, we don't know all the facts. He married her and he himself has indulged in her lifestyle of partying. If he is genuinely clean and the courts think he is responsbile with the kids then obviously he should.
Britney is currently unwell mentally and this is not good for the kids to be around. The drugs she is absuing do not help.
She needs to leave the circle of so called friends she has and go back and recover with her family. She could easily make a successful come back when she is clean and creative again. Siomon Cowell has already made her an offer to help her back.

Yes due to the fact that Britney seems more than a little unhinged, I have serious doubts about her fitness as a mother, the well being of the children is of the only importance here!

No, but I don't think Britney should have full custody either. Let both of these irresponsbile parents share the custody. Maybe between the two heads, they may suprise us with some real matureness.

I think if she is made to go for weekly drugs and alcohol testing and she is clean that she should have custody of the kids. If the kids were taken from her I think it would totally pushed over the edge and I don't think she deserves that.

I think Shar Jackson, mother of K-Feds first two, should have custody of the kids. She is the only one in this mix with a sane head and a caring heart! If you think K-Fed is taking care of those kids when they come over, think again! He's got Shar. Shar does it all.

No, they should have shared custody. K-Fed and Brit are both hopeless. Though, K-Fed is a lesser evil of the two.

no i dont think he should have full custody of the children.. the children need their mother by their side. i think if britney had some help to sort her head out and some support she will be fine.

Personally I think hes just as bad. Maybe grandparents should have custody for a while until they both get their acts together.

It's really quite a sad situation......
He's not making enough money but wants to be a responsible parent
She has way too much money and is becoming a danger for herself and her boys
Personally I'd like to see them go to Kevin, I really dont think he's as bad as people make him out to be :)
