Sounds like some Ad-ware might have installed itself onto your system.
Stop using Internet Explorer all together. If the problem is with Microsoft Internet Explorer, using an alternative browser would solve the problem. It would also prevent Ad-ware from installing itself in the future. You might also find that these alternative browsers are in fact better than Internet Explorer.

Sounds like you're using Microsoft Windows Vista. Its a bug. Upgrade to Firefox.

just gt mozzilla firefox! it is much better than i.e. and has many more features!
