As an American who currently owns many major Euro based companies I feel I must answer this. I can't believe I'm even stooping to your level.
If you own "many" US based companies (which I know you don't because I've done my research on you), why is it that you have so much free time to ask these questions everyday? You might be amazed at how easy it is to track info about people through computers.
You think you are being funny and prompting all kinds of humorous answers for you and your friends to laugh at, and actually think that we don't understand the concept of irony and sarcasm. Little do you know. You and many others (from both sides) are constantly fueling the fire to which you claim you are above.
So, every once in a while, you may want to peel yourself away from your computer and do something slightly more constructive with your time. Just a suggestion.
Have a nice day.

Greedy for Power? Greedy for acknowledgment by anyone? These I've come across... though being greedy for food is universal i guess, not just an American thing.
Opportunity to excel is available for nearly 90% of the American Population: in jobs, at school etc. Internet is easily available so are many tv channels. Magazines and sales personel sell sweet topped products. American's are leading a very commercialized and competitive life style.
They all need more... to get more than they own as they are enticed by companies. Brainwashed saying they should have more of this and that.
Americans live in their little perfect bubble. Well.. most of them.

What do you mean by own? there was a civil war here to prevent slavery. As a Brit, living and working in the states I really don't think that the Americans are greedy.

Americans aren't greedy they are ambitious and see what they want and they go after it no matter even if it means they have to destroy the other person to get it (that's not a criticism) thats how they became the wealthiest country in the world and the most powerful. BTW FYI you do not own Americans you moron they own you.

Well it's basic human behaviour to only look out for ourselves it's been with us since the beginning and was essential to our survival back then. I'm sorry that you've had experiences of something like that but try not to tar everyone with the same brush? a lot of Americans are actually really nice people.
Thanks,
Hope that helps!!
