McDonald's would have to take this crown. Millions of people daily eat at McDonalds' whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
My Personal Preference for a Fast Food Joint to eat-in at would be Long John Silver's. I like their fish and decent side they give you. KFC isn't that bad either.

if you ask my opinion, fast food restaurant or fast foods can never be considered "best"
because the best food ever is the one "home made" prepared at home and not full of junk that can make anyone fattening.
homemade food is the best!
and healthy!
so find that quality time to cook good food if you wish to live longer and not add to be obese or fat.
