i have a confusion that i have asked some experts about DG965wh that it is well suited to E4400 and each time the experts suggest me about DG33FB but in concern of on-board graphics and sound DG33FB is not superior than DG965WH and the only difference in DG33FB is noticed that it have more FSB 1333. please guide me.
further please also tell me the best components to make a pc of wroth 30000-35000

For E4400 which has 800mhz fsb, even 945GC or 946GZ chipsets would be fine. Consider ASUS motherboards. They have more tweaking options.
