i rent it part of my house and renter did not pay two month of rent by agrement.i am tryin to use cort but they does not care and by losing time i am bihind my bills and i am in troble to lose house and go bankrut is it any ohe can help me

You MUST file that in court. There is no other legal way.
What do you mean when you say "they does not care?" There are rules and procedures that you must follow. If you do, you can usually complete an eviction for non-payment of rent in about 30 days, sometimes even less. However if you don't follow the proper procedures, you'll never get your eviction.
If you don't want to be bothered with the procedures yourself, hire an attorney to handle it for you. In most states, you can ask the court to award attorney's fees as part of the eviction order.

have the same problem! Some tenants are really mean, and they don,t think about their landlady or landlord!
