Maybe for a doormat with a b***h for a wife. And who would be "happily married" living like that anyway?
But in a happily balanced, mature couple there will be differences which can be settled by compromise, or agreeing to disagree. No-one person is ALWAYS right, and by the same token, no-one is always wrong.

not in the least. Women make just as many wrong moves as men do, and by letting a woman think she is always right, you are stoping her from becoming a stronger person. As a woman i can say, we are very confusing ppl, and if a woman goes through her marriage thinking that shes always the right hand, she will never take responsibility for her actions, decisions, or mistakes. We become stronger ppl when we go through a learning process. If we never have the back bone enough to admit when were wrong, how can we grow?

No..not exactly. Believe it or not men are right too. Just the same as a woman being. But some ppl let it get way over there heads when trying to prove they are right etc. This can lead to fights and such. I am a woman and don't think I'm right all the time

The best thing for the two couples is talk and agree to the final say to considered best interest to their own family. In any decision, there is advantages and disadvantages because no decision is ever perfect.
Discussing of the issue, this before you make it , similar to the rules in the family relationships. Not all decision must be made by the husband, sometimes husband has lack of sensitivity to the issue where in the wife must decide.
What important to the relationship, husband and wife, is to reach a common opinion that give understanding and respect to whatever result of their agreed decision.

Tired of hearing this load of bravo sierra from people who aren't married and trying to destroy marriage. If the person your with wants to be right all the time, man or woman. Leave them. If you are that person get help. Instead of trying to be right all the time, I find out what is right and run with that. NEVER apologige for the truth, and don't buy into NOW propaganda.

You see my friend marrage is more like working or running a bussines. you need to work on it to stay happily married, otherwise the guy will die with unresolved issues.
1) communication plays a big role in a marrage, each one need to talk their heart out like & dislikes etc.
2) respect is another tool to a successful marrage, you can have urguments but don't forget to respect each other.
3) admitting that you are wrong and applogiesing is one of the powerful things to do.
there are lots of things i can share that will keep you happy in your marrage.
