its something about who will watch those who make the law or something.... I'm having a total brain fart right now but I'm trying to include it in a paper...

its something like "(something something something) but who will watch the watchers?"

I dont think the word "watchers" is used though... is that it?

yeah... FRAGINAL-NOYPI... I understand the way law and the constitution works, that wasnt what I was asking for mmkay thanks. I was asking what the specific quote was... I think "who will guard the guards" was what I was thinking of.

Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? is a Latin phrase from the Roman poet Juvenal, variously translated as "Who will guard the guards?", "Who watches the watchmen?", "Who shall watch the watchers themselves?", or similar.
