No it is not safer for the ppl... actually the opposite because by the USA being there, Al Qaeda has come there = more violence.

The Iraqi constitution gives people all kinds of equal rights and guarantees of freedom. But the government can't protect the people, so the fine words mean nothing.

Iraqis must be given freedom because it was denied to them by Saddam Hussien and not the new government.
