I have been pretty adamint that Rex Grossman wasn't the problem. However, much like the Mets will find out, it is much easier to make one window dressing change than it is to make all the required changes. As it is, Griese had three INT's, two at the goal line, and one returned for 6. And he doesn't have the down field range of Grossman. The running game is still non existant, and the wide recievers are less than stellar. I think the D is very over rated. There are many things which need to get fixed. It's just easier to play musical quarterbacks, than it is to address the many issues with the team.

The bears don't have a running back of any real talent. They have one wide receiver that will not go for the ball and another that is on the downside of his career. The offensive line is pedestrian at best and older than any other line in the NFL. There is a reason why neither QB can get anything accomplished. Converting Hester to WR doesn't help if you don't leave him as an every down WR. Olson is slow as dirt and the defense is not what it used to be. This is not a matter of quarterbacks.

Actually before thinking about the question the first and the most important thing is that "Are people understands what the religion is?"It is called in hindi "DHARMA" means responsibility i.e, not to live life for oneself but to life it for self as well for others.Every religion weather it is hinduism, muslim or Christianity all have the same teachings and are different only in relation to their cultures. If a person will understand the true meaning and teaching of religion it will never look like a problem.First understand it then it will become the solution of every problems.

Yes, it also means that a qbs coach is going to have to find work somewhere else next season also. Chicago has the D, they just need a good QB and Jeff Garcia wouldve been perfect.
