here is what i do for exercise every day
half mile to a mile on bike
one minute leg squeze
one minute wall sit
sixty crunches
20 push ups
it doesn't take long, but it keeps me in shape.

me oh i am probably right there in wal mart chasing all the good looking women that are running after the good looking men. plus i love watching them run and see there boobies bounce, it is such a turn on. ha ha
