Most systems have it that the computer will automatically send out a fax as soon as you request a refill for a prescription with no valid refills. Most of the time, it is the doctor who slows things down. For some doctors, we know they regularly take several days to respond.

I'm lucky that my pharmacy is in my doctors surgery so they really have no reason to take thier time.. But in general I absolutely hate it!!!
