More Blacks Celebrate Christmas than Kwanzaa. Kwanzaa was invented in the 1960s whereas Christmas has been celebrated for many centuries. It takes a while for traditions to be adopted. Besides Kwanzaa in overtly racist in that it is for blacks only, while Christmas is for Christians of all nations and ethnicities including blacks.

Thanksgiving is strictly an American holiday you moron. Christmas is a Christian holiday. So if you live in a 90% christian area you're not going to see people celebrating kwanzaa. I've had lots of black friends over the years and none of them celebrated kwanzaa.

Christmas, Thanksgiving and all the other holidays are not "white-euro" holidays. They are religious holidays. They are celebrated by most people, including blacks, and even by those who aren't religious. As far as the black holidays go, celebrate away. No one is stopping you or anyone else. Do you really need national recognition to celebrate something you believe in?
