When in a tight traffic situation, you should be a master of the art of "nguso-nguso". My foreign friends are forever amazed at how we go through gridlocks.

Learn their unwritten rule of driving. They are simply great in moving forward in a conjestion. Just keep on moving and you got it. Scare and you will be stuck and of course honks from your back.

My view of it is:
If it's bigger it has right of way,
If it's older it has right of way,
If it's a Jeepney it has right of way,
If it's a Tricycle it has right of way,
If it's a Motorbike it has right of way,
If it's a Truck it has right of way,
If it's a Bus it has right of way,
If it's a pedestrian on a crossing it has no right of way.

Basically, every man for him self.
