Can I take legal action against the parent company in Holland ?

Yes. You are lucky because the parent company is Dutch. If it Thailand base then no. I would seriously suggest getting an attorney and following up on this. Once they realize you are not targeting the Thailand company but rather the parent company, I am sure they will be ready to settle so fast your head will spin.

The suit in Holland can progress if it is allowed under the laws thereat.
