on a college application they have a section where they ask for your disciplinary report. they ask if i have pled guilty or found guilty of any crimes other then minory traffic infractions. if i have but its under a youthfull offender status what do i say. do i have to answer it as yes or can i answer it as no.

This is tricky... because while juvenile records are sealed, driving records are not.. no matter the age. I would just go ahead and reveal it then explain you made a mistake, etc...

Oh btw, most colleges don't really check driving records... it cost money.

Honesty will be able to let you answer properly and this will be crucial to your college admission. Answer yes if the question wanted it and you just have to explain why rather than being admitted and be dismissed later due to dishonesty when found after an investigation.
