Realistically, who would have better chances of getting laid on any given day IF they wanted to? A single, good looking, cool man in his 20's? Or any average 15 year old girl?

The average 15 year old girl. She can pretty much get laid if she wants to. The man will actually have to find someone, and convince them to sleep with them.

That is a difficult question in the fact that there are very few of us out here in the world who have held both positions in life.
From the guy's standpoint, I can honestly say I had very few dry spells during my 20's and I was relatively fussy about who I would accept as partners. I should qualify by saying I had a good job and usually drove a new car... which certainly helped!
