Sounds like the heating elements have burned out. Perhaps it is still under warranty.:)

It sounds like your heating element is out. If it is still under warranty, contact the company. If out of warranty, you can usually determine the part number by looking for the make and model number. Some electrical parts stores stock parts. Good luck.

heating element OR make sure it's getting enough power..... check the breakers. sometimes the appliance will need the power of a double breaker if one side of the breaker is bad or has flipped off then your aren't getting enough power to the dryer and it cannot heat properly. it will still run on only one side of the breaker but will not dry properly.

Check to make sure your vent hose isn't bent or clogged. Also check your thermostats. There are two on your heater element and one by the blower. It is still under guarantee, phone supplier and explain that it runs but does'nt heat

Have you checked to see if the exhaust line is clogged with lint? The most common reason for clothes not drying is a clogged line. This is also a fire hazard
