Theyre Gorgeous!! I love Guess shoes but your right, they hardly ever sell for under $100
But its worth it :D

if, like you said, your gonna wear them with a black dress, they will look really good!!
also, if you wanted a more casual look, you could just wear them with jeans and a tee.
