I tried to burn movies to a DVD disc, but when I tried it said that I don't have a DVD burner available. How do you get it? Please help me!

Check the specs of your laptop, if you bought one without a burner, buy an external USB burner.

If it says it does have a DVD burner, contact manuf for support

Most new laptop comes with a DVD burner. The older model come with either a DVD/CD-rw or just a DVD. It is too expensive to upgrade an older laptop and try to purchase the DVD burner to fit your laptop. It is a lot less expensive to purchase an external usb DVD burner. It is less than $60 from Fry's or sales from Office Depot, CircuitCity, BestBuy, etc... A DVD Burner fits your old laptop not very likely can be useful in the very near future when you pitch it or sell it. You may try eBay to see there is an used one out there. You need to search your laptop's manufacturer to see there was an option. If not, you will need an usb external burner. The external can be used by most computers, desktops or laptops. Good luck!
