I read the story on foxnews, then I looked for it on abcnews, cbsnews, and msnbc. It's only on foxnews. Why don't abc, cbs, or nbc carry it? Is it because it's good news from the war in Iraq? Look for yourself before saying something stupid.

Here is is on foxnews:

Sophicmuse, the only reason you or I knew the AP wrote the story is because it is a headline on Foxnews. Why isn't it a headline on the other news sites?

Would you provide a link to the story on the other new sites?

First of all, while the story you linked to is on the FOX web site, it's not from FOX - it's from the Associated Press.

Second of all:

Here's the EXACT same article on MSNBC:
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21069984/
Took me literally about five seconds to find through Google.

Here's the EXACT same article from ABC:
http://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory?id=3672788
Got it right off of the news summary on their home page.

And, look, here's the EXACT same article from CBS:
http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2007/09/30/ap/middleeast/main3312571.shtml?source=search_story
It was in their Middle East Section.

I think the lesson here is not that ABC, CBS, or NBC are biased, but merely that you are kind of bad at using search engines.

EDIT:
I know that the AP wrote the story because the writer's byline appears on all four sites. As I said, the story took me probably less than 30 seconds to find in each place - in every case, it was listed under world news or a summary of the day's news on the website's homepage. I provided links to the same story on all four sites in my answer already - I'm not really sure what else you're asking for. Sucks to be blatantly wrong, huh? Those pesky facts.

I don't care, even Fox News is not all that fair and balanced.
But as for the others, NBC smears and distorts, CBS is known for lying, and as far as I am concerned CNN wouldn't know the truth if it stared them in the face. These accusations may seem harsh, but the American People have been manipulated far too long. Even congress is scared to do anything that might make the media elite get on their bad side. Please pray for our media and our government God knows they sure need it.

Because Fox news is a pro war brainwashing channel and most people don't like it when civilians are killed. In a few days time when it is found that they were all women and children as is mostly the case, CBS and the rest will carry it but Fox will not.
