we dont want to spend too much money. we thought about disney princess theme but cant find enough sexy costumes for each character. no spice girls. we also thought sailor moon but cant find costumes.

Why are you so hung up on "sexy"...? Unless you plan on just buying expensive skanky costumes, might want to add more detail to the group plans other then just "we want to be sexy" or you may end up still trying to decide weeks from now.
And yeah...Disney is more wholesome and the Disney Princesses thing is generally geared toward little girls, so it's doubtful that you'd find many skanky costumes. Although the characters *could* be a nice group theme.

Try a 50's teen theme. No costumes needed just dress like Happy days cast. You could also try the 20's flapper girl theme that's sexy and easy to do with clothes you have. If you don't know what flapper were look it up on the Internet.

A theme that one of my friends did with a group of girls one year was "Sexy Alice in Wonderland." One girl can be Alice, one can be the Cheshire Cat, the Mad Hatter, the White Rabbit, and the Red Queen. All of these costumes should be fairly easy to find or improvise:
Alice: Lost of ready-made Alice costumes available, or you can buy a cheap blue sundress, add white apron, white knee-highs and black Mary Janes. And a ribbon in your hair.
Cheshire Cat: Dress in pink and purple (or pink and black, or whatever) "sexy" attire. Add cat ears and tail.
White Rabbit: Dress in whatever "sexy" attire you want, with white ears and tail. Be sure to either buy or borrow a pocket watch, or make one out of a circular bit of carboard and a piece of chain.
Mad Hatter: Dress any way you like, preferably with a bowtie (orange and green suggested), and find a proper hat.

I thought it was a great idea, and they had a lot of fun! Their White Rabbit was a guy, so he basically dressed as a pimp with bunny ears and the pocket watch, it was great. :)

you will desire to be the attractive Committee from the Clique! there is Massie, Dylan, Alicia, Kristen, and Claire. they're all wealthy and that they are 13 so attempt to dress in outfits that look clothier. Claire isn't as wealthy so confirm you dress her kinda of gruesome like.

just find some cardboard boxes and right down whatever you want to be and put it on... thats what we did last year, i was a box of trojans and some1 else was a box of tampons and another was a box of reeses! lmao
