Practice masturbating with a thick condom on... it will decrease the sensitivity. When you feel close to orgasm, slow down or stop until it passes, but before you lose your erection, start up again... and see how long you can last. This is a great way to work up endurance. You can also work on your PC muscles by doing kegel exercises. It will help with the timing and make your orgasms more intense. Google it for more info, or talk to a doctor.

Hello

First of all, we're all men and not sexmachines. Sometimes we come quickier other times we have longer time sex.

It depends how long we didn't have sex, masturbation and after a few days or one week or longer it's naturally that we come very fast. When we're too horny we come faster, too.

If the first time we come fast, we can longer the 2nd and 3rd time, it's not a problem for us.

The important thing is that you give pleasure to your gf, have dinner, take a bath and seduce her. Kiss her and so on.

Than she must be up, so she can control everything and you can have sex for a long time.

The only thing it's to have practice.

Hey mate ,

looks like its a premature ejaculation and there are various reason for that . It could be over excitation , depression , anxiety , feeling pressure to satisfy your partner . So take some time , relax , don't rush to that part , take is step by step , foreplay or caressing is also helps . Give it a try . Don't feel anxious .

Hope you're using a condom. If not use one and it will prolong intercourse before climax.
Less sex makes for faster climax, so try to climax often, even if by yourself.
