Hi,
Interesting question and some interesting answers. Professionally, I place myself in a position where my talents and skills can be bought as everyone's got to earn a living. I'm lucky I enjoy what I do and what I get paid for. Myself: I place myself just out of reach. Few people get to really know me, no-one would be able to buy me and my soul is not for sale no matter what was offered!

I value myself too much to be taken as a 'cargo' that could be sold or bought. If I believe in something that is right and someone is doing something that is illegal or wrong, no amount of money could make me change my mind. My friends can't buy me on any sides because I've plenty on my own and I don't believe in buying friendships. You take me as I am and once I've trusted you enough, you will have me at any moment to be by your side when in trouble. But I'm also a lot of the out of reach type that is when I want to be alone and when I'm feeling down, I always kept to myself and don't see or talk to anyone unless its cleary crucial/

Interesting question! I place myself to sell because i package myself well possessing a good qualifications and achievements in life. One should sell himself well in order to gain an easy impression just a mere referral to my profile or resume. Otherswise if you won't package your self or sell it to others in a good standard manner then you might as well end up reaching out to be picked. Build yourself well and you will be a piece of hotcake in the market.
Thanks for asking. Have a great day!

I don't think I ever place myself completely out of reach... or at least if I'm feeling well. As to selling myself, I suppose at work or in a business environment I feel that is kind of the point, so I do. But as a person I try to keep my interactions equitable, so that someone can meet me (so to speak) or choose not to.

For me that question is an individual by individual basis.
If it was a work situation, I would sell and deliver as long as it was legal and I really wanted the job.
If it was making friends, it would depend on the person... I am one of a kind and not for sale at any price. I can't be bought.
For the right friend I am free and priceless.
For my husband, I am free and I do my best to make sure I am the most valuable thing in his life. Priceless, can't be replaced, yet free.
But only free to those who understand and appreciate my value.

Seeing that I am not for sale I do not place myself there. I feel like if people don't like me the way I am they are the ones losing out, not me.
I don't really want to be out of reach because I want to reach out and touch everyone.

I try not to sell me down the river (betray myself) with my self-expectation for my future; so I hope that I'm not out of reach of myself and not out of reach of my only friend (the one).
Furthermore, I don't place myself (put myself) to sell my secrets, so I just place myself out of reach of some people.

I am perfecting the art of placing myself to sell BY being out of reach!!!
I have seen it happening with very few select others. Realised and analysed it and started practising.
And believe me, it happens! It works!! Then you eat your cake and have it too!!!
Only you have to be free from fear, to practise it. Totally free! And trust your destiny!!

I think you're going to need to rephrase or elaborate on that question to get any semblance of an intelligent answer.
