I have insurnace on my sprint pocket PC. I have claimed insurance on it 3 times in the past year because I have dropped it. The first time was free, and the past two times was 50 dollars. Do the rates increase depending on how many times you claim insurance? Is it possible for me to request them to send me a cheaper phone instead of my pocket PC it breaks to easily. Thanks

just tie the thing to your neck with a piece of string then you could go without insurance!!

repair can be done once a month....A lost or totaled phone can only be claimed once a 2 year cycle.
