i fell down 3 years ago and i had a fracture. Although the fracture can't been seen anymore i still have pain when i'm tired or when it's cold. So going out on a cold winter day is like a nightmare.
So few days ago i had back pain.

Ha ha ..is this a trick question? It's part of our physical constitution after the age of 30 to have an occasional backache. After 40 it's more than occasional. Over 50, if you wake w/o one it's time for a party!

I am now walking back on the wall...... So my back never aches from stabbing again...
Physically, I am in lower back pain right now because I was on holidays, slept on hard mattress which damaged my back. Glad I am home, resting on my nice soft bed!!

Last time I ruck marched, which was a year and a half ago - no, closer to two years ago. I'm late 30's now and in good health more by the grace of God than by own efforts. :)

every morning when I wake up mu shoulders hurt - I need to get a new pillow...my back hasn't sent any messages for like a month but when it does it's killing me...
