Hello
I have a reasonably large stock portfolio. Will that affect in any way my SSDI eligibility?
Thanks

No , SSDI is about active work / not being able to engage in active employment .

Passive income is Not an issue with SSDI .
( to the best of my knowledge , but your SSDI attorney should answer that for you )

If you have a large portfolio why would you be thinking about your SSDI? You shouldn't need it, I have no plans of taking any of mine, I look at it like welfare, if you don't need it leave it for those that do.
