Since you have asked the same basic question at least 3 times already, pay careful attention and start trying these on your own from now on...
When you are given any terminating (does not repeat) decimal and asked to change it to a fraction, use the following steps:
1.) Drop the decimal point and write that number as the numerator (top) of your fraction.
2.) For the denominator (bottom), it will be a power of 10 (10, 100, 1000, 10000....) with the same number of zeros as number of places after the decimal point in the original decimal number.
3.) Reduce this fraction if possible by dividing both the numerator and denominator by the same number.
For this question, 0.83 would become 83/100, since 0.83 has two decimal places and 100 is a power of 10 with two zeros. This would be your final answer since 83 is a prime number and has no factors in common with 100 that could be divided out.
These are very simple questions and you will be able to find the answers yourself in less time than it takes you to type them all.
